360° Resilience™ is a counselling-based, coaching-powered resilience model and programme, formulated by Rany Moran.

Knowing your own worth starts with setting strong intentions that serve as your guiding light - your lighthouse that shines bright no matter how dark or lost you get. By doing this, you not only start to change with clarity and a clear purpose, you’ve started to train your mind to believe that you are on the path to achieving what you’ve always wanted.
Awareness is the first step to change and progress. It’s important that you identify your individual capabilities and untapped strength so you can apply them effectively moving forward.

‘SUSTAINABLE RESILIENCE’
What is your relationship with the present moment, am I treating the now as no more than a means to the end? Do I see it as an obstacle? Am I making it into an enemy? Since the present moment is all we ever have since it is what life is, we must make the here and now our friend.
Being present and focused on the now brings new opportunities and expansion into life, enabling us to live with uncertainty and able to enjoy it and be comfortable with it. It means fear is no longer a dominant factor in what we do and no longer prevents us from taking action and initiating change. Infinite possibilities will open up for us.
Sustainable resilience is the process of adapting well in the face of change, stress or adversity, but without having superhuman expectations of oneself. It’s about harnessing both your strength and softness, letting go of self-limiting beliefs but also not falling victim to toxic positivity, and bringing your whole authentic self to all parts of your life.
